Who we are

What our forms collect and why

The quote form asks for your name, company, email, phone and the details of your shipment, such as pickup and delivery locations, dates, freight type, pallets and weight. We use this only to respond to your request, prepare a rate and arrange the shipment if you book it.

The driver application asks for your name, email, phone, city and state, license type, driving experience, truck ownership, English level and confirmations about age, driving record and work authorization. We use this only to evaluate your application and contact you about it.

We do not sell, rent or trade the information you send us, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your messages are delivered

When you submit a form, the website sends its contents to us by email through an email delivery service provider. That provider processes the message only to deliver it. Our website is hosted by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether a form was submitted. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; it uses them only briefly to estimate approximate location. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to stop Google Analytics on every site you visit. The site works normally without these cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and related messages as long as needed to respond, run any booked shipment and meet our business and tax record-keeping duties. We keep driver applications for up to 24 months so we can contact applicants about future openings, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including Florida and other US states, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make a request, email info@cobrauscargo.com from the address you used with us. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for asking.

Security, children and changes

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no website or email system is completely secure. This site is meant for businesses and job applicants and is not directed to children under 16. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
