Liftgate service
Liftgate delivery in Miami and beyond
Plenty of receivers have no loading dock. Our box truck with a hydraulic liftgate brings pallets, crates and equipment down to street level, so no-dock delivery is part of the plan, not a surprise at the door. We run liftgate delivery in Miami, on the New York lane and nationwide.

Liftgate delivery for receivers without a dock
Retail stores, restaurants, offices, small warehouses, schools, venues and construction sites often receive at the curb or at a ground-level door. A tractor-trailer cannot unload there without a forklift on site. A box truck with a liftgate can: the driver lowers each pallet to the ground at the nearest ground-level door.
The same truck works at standard docks too, so one booking covers a dock pickup in Doral and a no-dock delivery in Brooklyn.
How the unload actually works
The liftgate lowers freight from the box floor to the ground, and the driver sets it down at the curb or the nearest ground-level door. That takes flat, firm ground. Gravel, steep ramps, stairs and tight interior hallways change the plan, so tell us about them before pickup. Inside delivery and room-of-choice placement are not standard; ask when you quote.
- Pallets and crates must fit the liftgate platform and its weight limit
- Flat, hard surface from the truck to the drop point
- Receiver present to count and sign the POD
- Freight secured inside the box with e-track straps for the ride
Appointment windows and paperwork
Liftgate stops are often urban and tight. Give us the receiving hours, any appointment or delivery window, a contact name and phone for the receiver, and parking notes. We confirm the window, send an update when the driver is on the way, and close out with a signed POD. For deliveries to stores and showrooms on the New York lane, see our Miami to New York freight page. Only a few pallets going north? Book them as a partial truckload.
Liftgate delivery is for commercial freight only. We can deliver a retailer's order to a residence when the retailer books and pays for the delivery, but we do not do household goods moves.

Frequently asked questions
When do I need liftgate delivery?
You need liftgate delivery when the pickup or delivery location has no loading dock and no forklift to unload the truck. Typical cases are retail stores, offices, restaurants, schools, job sites and event venues. Our box truck lowers each pallet or crate to the ground with its hydraulic liftgate, and the driver sets it down at the curb or the nearest ground-level door.
What can your liftgate handle?
Our hydraulic liftgate handles standard pallets, crates and compact equipment that fit the platform and stay within the liftgate's rated weight. Very heavy or oversized pieces may need a forklift or telehandler at the site, like the equipment loads in our photos. Send dimensions and the weight of the heaviest piece when you request a quote, and dispatch will confirm before booking.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Only for commercial shipments that a business books and pays for. We can bring a retailer's or manufacturer's order to a home with the liftgate, for example furniture or equipment the seller is delivering to its customer. We cannot take a delivery booked or paid for by the homeowner, and we do not do household goods moves, because our operating authority excludes household goods.
Is liftgate delivery available outside Miami?
Yes. The liftgate travels with the truck, so liftgate delivery is available on the Miami to New York lane, the return lane from New York and New Jersey, and on loads across the 48 contiguous states. Mark which stops need the liftgate on the quote form so the driver plans the order of stops and the unload correctly.
No dock? No problem.
Tell us which end needs the liftgate and what is on the pallets. We will plan the unload.
