Expedited box truck dispatch

Expedited freight starts with a phone call. Tell dispatch where the freight is, where it has to go and when it has to be there. We check the truck's position and hours, confirm the freight fits and give you a rate and a realistic arrival estimate. When the truck is open and nearby, same-day dispatch may be possible from the Miami area.

For anything urgent, call (754) 288-7569 rather than waiting on email. A real person answers and makes the decision.

Direct, point-to-point, exclusive

On an expedited run the truck is yours. No other shipper's pallets, no extra stops, no terminal. The driver loads your freight, secures it with e-track and drives to the receiver on the most direct legal route, stopping only for fuel and required breaks under hours-of-service rules.

  • Exclusive use of the 26 ft dry box
  • Hydraulic liftgate for urgent no-dock deliveries
  • Updates at pickup, in transit and at delivery
  • Signed POD sent as soon as the freight is off the truck

Typical expedited freight

Expedited freight from Miami usually means production parts and machinery, trade show and event materials, retail stock for an opening, or a shipment that missed its original truck. Long runs like Miami to New York are driven by one driver within federal hours-of-service limits, so we quote honest, typical transit times instead of promising what the law does not allow. If the freight is not urgent, a partial truckload is usually the better value, and you can request a quote for either.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you dispatch an expedited box truck?

It depends on where our truck is and whether it is loaded. When the truck is open in South Florida, same-day dispatch may be possible. Call dispatch at (754) 288-7569 with the pickup location, the freight and the deadline, and we will tell you right away whether we can make it and give you a rate and a realistic arrival estimate.

What makes a load expedited instead of standard?

An expedited load gets exclusive use of the truck and a direct route from pickup to delivery. There are no other shippers' pallets and no extra stops along the way. A standard or partial load may share the truck when routes line up, which costs less but can add time. You choose based on how urgent the freight is.

Do you use team drivers for expedited freight?

No. Our expedited runs use a single driver who follows federal hours-of-service rules, logged on the ELD. That means long runs include required rest breaks, and we quote typical transit times rather than guaranteed ones. For Miami to New York, typical transit is 2 to 3 days. We tell you the real timing before you book.

Can you expedite freight outside Florida?

Yes. We run expedited loads across the 48 contiguous states, with Miami to New York as our most frequent corridor. If the truck is already out of state, dispatch will tell you the earliest pickup we can make. Send the pickup and delivery ZIPs and the deadline, or call, and we will confirm availability quickly.

Freight that cannot wait

Call dispatch with the pickup, the freight and the deadline. We will tell you straight if we can make it.
